Aero Player is restricted to individuals of legal age of majority who are residents of jurisdictions ("Players") where the use of Aero Player and its games ("Games") is not prohibited by law.

Each user is entitled to a user-specific account.
Multi-accounts belonging to the same person shall be blocked.

An identical IP is not the only reason for being blocked. Any common point between several accounts can prompt an enquiry by our administrative departments and/or lead to the account in question being blocked.
The exploitation of errors, programming bugs or bad behaviour in relation to the site’s code of conduct to one’s own advantage, referred to as "bug-using", is strictly forbidden. Each user must rapidly notify the operator or a site administrator accordingly, as soon as he discovers a bug. A user using a bug to his own advantage shall have his account blocked for as long as it takes our technical teams to reconstitute the user’s account as it was prior to the advantage the user acquired by using the bug in question. The same rules shall apply for a user who fails to report a bug.
In the event of errors, programming bugs or bad behaviour in relation to the site’s code of conduct, as every operation that has been executed is recorded (registration, account modification, purchase or withdrawal, bet, ...), the operator shall be able to return to a state of play corresponding to that which existed prior to the appearance of the errors, programming bugs or bad behaviour in relation to the site’s code of conduct (roll back).
If such incidents should occur, they would grant the user no particular right, other than being re-credited the sums unfairly lost, or debited the sums unfairly won.
